Size 11-12 is a bit longer than it should be.Like all memory foam the Insoles run too hot causing my feet to sweat and defeating the purpose.They are quite comfortable, the outsole offer adequate protection.They are well made, but too small.This was a Christmas present for my son who loved them. He said they were comfortable fit exactly the way that they were supposed to. The fur inside was warm but not too hot. They were a hit.I wear a 13 and the product says runs small to order 2 sizes larger, which i did. and it was still to small for my feet. What a waste of time because now I have to travel cross town to return drop off to return then try to find a pair to fit my feet.
