I think these are pretty stylish, but I would not recommend for any serious walking. I personally found these to be a little too large, but I did have to order a 1/2 size up from my normal size due to their weird sizing. I also found that I had to lose up the laces a little because there is absolutely zero padding on the tongue of the shoe and it quickly became uncomfortable walking around. This bothered me enough that I'll probably buy some better shoes and donate these. I only gave these 4 stars because they are pretty good for the price and they do what they are supposed to, but that low price comes at a cost.This is what you get for the price: a pair of comfortable shoes that you can actually walk for a long period of time with good looks. The inside of the shoe is well padded which is great because you normally wear this type of shoe without socks. No issues what so ever. Next the sole is made of some cushions material which at the same time is flexible and lightweight. All pluses. Only thing missing some fancy brand label that would sell for $50 more.These shoes are primarily worn in my cageless chickens' yard. From Day 1, the shoes fit well & have been comfortable on the irregular, sandy soil in the hens' protective pens as well as their yard. I hope that these fine shoes' durability lasts a while. When necessary, I intend to buy a replacement pair from Amazon.Inexpensive, but well made shoes. Skateboarding son approved.Comfortable and fits wellSo I rarely do reviews. But Im hoping this will help someone. I bought these because my Vans had none in stock for my size or colors. Bottom line is this. These shoes are good for the price. But they are not the same quality as vans. The material is thinner and the insoles are not as comfortable as vans. That being said it is not a bad shoe. They look good and with the help of an added sole padding they are good for the money. Hope this helps.Gentlemen, I read somewhere that the first thing the ladies look at is our shoes. Of course, it doesn't hurt to have a Tom Cruise smile. But my lady ordered these shoes for me for Festivus. I have rarely felt such a bounce in my step! When I walked my hound, all eyes were on my spiffy new shoes throughout the neighborhood. Then as we turned the corner, I looked up and saw a rainbow! It started to rain, and we had to get home as it looked like a lightning storm. These shoes did not fail me. I did not slip on the wet sidewalk. We made it home safely. Waiting patiently at the door was another package from Amazonland. I will open it next week and post a review about its content.All in all the shoes are great except for a little fault on the lace. It turns out the lace are of poor quality thus they tend to break and something that looks like white cotton is on them. They basically are inside out version of the original lace which is black.
