Stiff sole for long rides. Comfortable and good for walking in.I love these shoes! I've had them a couple months now. They're bright and draw a good amount of attention, but they ride awesome. They're easy and comfortable to walk in, sometimes I'll even put them on at home, and drive to the trails in them. I've smashed the fronts into numerous rocks and roots at high speed and they keep my toes safe and sound. They have good traction for walking, and especially those scary moments when you're bailing into rocks, and they make it easy to land and stay upright. I've done a decent amount of hiking in them, and they're easy to hike in. They run true to size/slightly big. I could've definitely gone a half size smaller, but I wanted the extra room for my toes. They are very well vented, you can feel the air moving through them at speed for sure. My only real complaint is that the strap on top is so long that it bottoms out very early and can only put so much tension on the shoe. That's it though, otherwise I would definitley recommend them. They're super comfy.Great fit 9.5 US, nice lacing system, tough build. Can barely insert yellow strap into rachet...only a couple of clicks in, and still a lot of pressure on the ankle. Shoe plate should come with tightening screws so that it doesn't slide around while using flat peddles. I expect my 1st couple of rides to be uncomfortable on the talus bone.I have X Alp in 45 that fits great, this is 45.5 but feels more like 46 and I need 44. So, sizing is not same.Plastic buckle broke off on sending ride. It could have lasted a year but one touch to the side and it breaks. Shoes do look comfortable but buckles are junk. Time to move on from mavic, for that price you can get lots of different models..Quite comfortable right out of the box, but they aren't holding up very well. They have a lightweight plastic buckle that broke on the second ride, when it hit something on the trail. The shank or insole also broke down quickly, leaving the cleat feeling like its poking through into the bottom of my sole.Just a bit too lightweight construction, I'm afraid. The search for bike shoe nirvana continues.Very comfortable and durable shoe. The most comfortable mountain bike shoe I have worn in the past 8 years. Runs a little small so order a half size larger. For example, I normally wear a 10.5 shoe but had to order a size 11 for a comfortable fit in the toe box.Extremely comfortable shoes. Still okQuando mio figlio me ne ha parlato mi sono subito informata. Trattandosi di un prodotto di qualità ho provveduto subito all’acquisto. Tra l’altro la grandissima nota positiva è stato il fatto che sono arrivate il giorno dopo l’ordine e quindi il giorno prima della gara di Mountain bike di mio figlio.E’ stato molto semplice montare gli attacchi. La scarpa ha una calzata perfetta e il numero corrisponde esattamente alla misura del piede. Gli inserti gialli oltre a dare una bella grinta alla scarpa nera, risultano efficaci per creare una piacevole sensazione di avvolgimento al piede, che diventa tutt’uno con il pedale. La scarpetta risulta molto comoda anche per camminare in caso non se ne potesse usare sui pedali. La tomaia è ben rifinita e il peso è decisamente adeguato alla struttura. La suola risulta essere molto resistente alle pressioni torsioni e sforzi, ma allo stesso tempo confortevole nell’appoggio del plantare.Trattandosi di un atleta, mio figlio ha sfruttato al massimo le prestazioni delle scarpe parlandone bene con i compagni atleti della squadra che hanno pensato bene di acquistarne nuove paia.Le usio da quasi un anno. Ottime scarpe veramente. Forse Mavic dovrebbe rafforzare maggiormente la sede di attacco delle placchette, ma in fin dei conti sono resistenti e robuste.La zapatilla es super comodaMuy agustoEso si la talla la pedi un poco más grande y me va bien como un guante pero no me sobra.Cuidado con la tallavestono stretto, hanno la punta stretta percui devi prendere un numero e anche due in piu , pero cosi facendo succede che ti scappa il tallone perche è morbissimo
